1. Community And Cultural Centre:

Build my Parent’s House; A Guest House; A 7 Bedroom Bishop’s House; A Community Hall sitting at least 1,000 for sensitizing the Community about Development and social services. With a Memory Wall of pictures and videos of major events; Seven Corteges for Agago, Amuru, Gulu, Lamwo, Pader, Nwoya and Kitgum. Provide adequate storage facilities. Build Acholi Cultural Centre (ACC) to unite the people and a Police Post. Make the main gate to the properties have a double M shape. The left gate is for Entry while the right side is for Exit. Plant beautiful flowers, grass and stones in the middle. The top of the double M shall have the writing of Song of Songs 2:4: “His Banner Over Me Is Love.”

2. Mentorship :

"Running School of Prophets, School of Miracles-Signs and Wonders, School of Healing, School of Prayer, Kingdom Executive Coaching, Mentorship For Ministry, Ministry Cover, Ministry Association and Protégé Talk.

3.God’s Seekers (2 Chronicles 26:5) And Missionary Journeys :

Build majestic house far off from the rest. Here have one big room sitting over 100 people, 14 self-contained rooms with the names of The 12 Apostles of Jesus, Paul and Julius. Build one Great House (Hall) with my Missionary History around the walls. Have the CDs, DVDs, and all my publications available for people to learn from.

4. Community Health Centre III :

With the main three objectives to Control and Eradicate Malaria; HIV /AIDS Management and Maternal Health besides giving General Treatments. The location of the Health Centre should be between the Sports Grounds and Community and Cultural Centre.

5. Sports And Youth Programmes :

Construct Technical Training Centre; The Prospects Centre to encourage and develop talents like singing, comedy and creative dance among the youth; Provide International Standards Sports Grounds for: Football, Basket Ball Courts, Tennis Court, Volleyball, Rugby, Cricket, Golf Course; Children Playgrounds; Amusement Park; Swimming Pools; Recreation Centre and an Air Field.

6. Beautification & International Flags :

Plant different flowers, grass, stones with different colour-black, yellow, red etc. Flags of the countries I have visited be raised up in a well-built courtyard with best flowers and godly beauty.

7. ICE Centre: Build an I. C. E. (Information, Communication & Entertainment – I.C.E.) :

Centre where Biblical Information on African and World God’s Generals can be found; have all possible Communication gadgets there and Christian Entertainment. Collect all the previous publications, flyers, posters, booklets, books, magazines, newsletters, banners etc. to put in achieve.

8. Agricultural Processing For Rural Livelihood Transformation :

Establish Fruit Juice Processing Plant, Oil Press, Maize Mill, Groundnut Mill and Cassava Flour Mill to help the community.

9. Animals And Poultry :

100 Cattle of different breeds, 300 Exotic Goats, 50 Exotic Sheep, 2 Donkeys, 2 Horses, 2 Camels, 2 Lions, 2 Zebras and 2 Exotic Guard Dogs. 100 Chickens (Croilers); 20 Turkeys, 50 Perking Ducks, 50 Guinea Fowls; 10 Parrots; 4 Ostriches and 50 doves.

10. Trees :

200 Mangoes, 100 Oranges, 50 Lemons, 12 Avocados, 12 Jackfruits, 20 Papayas, 1,000 Pines, 500 Eucalyptuses and 500 Bananas.

11. Water :

Provide access to clean running and drinking water by providing bore holes, protected wells, Water Pumps, a Dam and a Man Made Lake along side a Mineral Water Processing Plant.

12. Cemetery :

Construct a great Cemetery (burial ground) to bury the family member, men and women of God, relatives and friends. Plant flowers, beautiful trees etc. I want to be buried here!
